How does a vinyl wrap colour change work?
A vinyl wrap color change involves covering a vehicle’s original paint with a selected coloured vinyl film to change its appearance. The entire process takes about 5-7 business days to complete. In that time, we thoroughly clean and prepare the surface for the vinyl to adhere properly. Once wrapped, the vinyl requires an extensive post heat treatment ensuring that the vinyl bonds properly to the surface. If you follow the "post-care" instructions, a vehicle wrap can last up to 10 years.
If I decide to remove the vinyl, will it damage my paint?
No. A vinyl wrap will not damage the surface of the paint when it comes time to remove the vinyl. It is recommended that you allow a professional to remove the vinyl so that there are not remnants of adhesive left behind.
